Terms and Conditions

The Team Ski Terms and Conditions are shown below. We ask that you read and be aware of them whilst using the website. Please note that we reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary and without prior notice.

We regularly check the Team Ski website and in the majority of cases, orders are processed and despatched within 2 to 14 days. Should you place an order and need to change any aspect of it, please contact us immediately so that we can update the order before we begin to process it. We are able to accept orders by telephone between 9.00am and 5.30pm from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery and Shipping: Purchased Goods

No goods are charged for until ready for shipping. Delivery will be either by Royal Mail or courier, a signature will be required. Should there be a problem with despatch or items are out of stock we will contact you immediately.

Delivery and Shipping: Hired Goods

Hire charges will be taken at the time of booking. Hired goods will be shipped to reach you at least 7 days prior to your departure, please inform us immediately if there is any problem. Hired goods should be returned to us washed and in good condition within 10 days of your return date. Return postage charges must be paid by the customer and proof of posting is recommended.

Delivery Charges

UK - FREE DELIVERY for all orders over 50 - otherwise 5. Delivery target within 2 - 5 days.

Overseas - 10 delivery for all orders. Delivery target within 5 - 20 days.

Gift Vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail registered post at a charge of 2.50.

Returns

Please contact Team Ski before returning any products - at sales@greatwesterncamping.co.uk or phone 01305 266800.

All returns should be packed in adequate protective packing and sent to our address as shown on the contacts page. All products must be returned in the original packaging and arrive without any damage in an "as new" condition.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If the products are faulty you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. We must be advised of the faulty product within 7 working days of receipt of the product. Please call us or email us to arrange the return. When a product is faulty the cost of postage of the return will be reimbursed to the customer. Customers must get proof of postage of the return.

Non-Faulty Products

All customers have the right to cancel an order and obtain a full refund or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of the product. Proof of posting must be obtained.

Refunds should be received by the customer within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.

We do not make cash refunds.

The return cost of a non-faulty product must be met by the customer.

When refunding non-faulty products, if they are not received in an "as new" condition in the original packaging, a deduction may be made from the original cost.

Statutory Rights

The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy

The Information we collect is via a secure server and is only used by us lawfully and within the Data Protection Act 1998. Your credit card details are not stored after your order has been fulfilled and Team Ski does not have access to your card numbers. We aim to make our online transactions as secure as possible. The checkout process is performed on our secure server which will encrypt all your input making it impossible for any data transmitted from your computer to be intercepted by others. Credit card transactions are performed by a secure e-commerce provider. They will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only credit card information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not.
